Fee Schedule On Collection Cases:
PRIOR TO SUIT
Claims under $250.00, 50% contingent fee
Claims of $250.01 to $15,000.00, 25% contingent fee
Claims over $15,000.00 contingent fee is negotiable
AFTER SUIT
Claims under $500.00, 50% contingent fee
Claims of $500.01 to $15,000.00, 331/3% contingent fee
Claims over $15,000.00 contingent fee is negotiable
All court costs are to be paid in advance: $75.00 on suits of less than $15,000.00 and $125.00 on all other suits. Fees on return of merchandise at 1/2 the above rates. Counter Claims are defended at $150.00 per hour.
